, Lion Oil just finished uttsnrccoing $250 million+ refining facility. $3 million is nothing for them. There are many unanswered questions, and I advise caution. My opinion is that instead of mining natural resources, we should invest in developing human capital in southern Arkansas so that the region doesn’t have to rely on continued extraction of natural resources to generate revenues. If we extract natural resources , they will eventually deplete. Why not invest in people of southern Arkansas so that jobs will stay there instead of evaporating when natural resources deplete? That’s my two cents for now. Thanks for reading!
